As the final month of the Year Unfolds, it reminded me that all kids were born in 1995 and I will turn 30 in 2025.
Yesterday, I came across beautiful lines from Vedic scripture written in a book by AYG ACADEMY.
There are many stereotypical opinions available everywhere about turning 30. But this book has gifted me with the treasure of the ocean of Vedic scriptures.
The Book unfolds that
In Vedas Life is Divided into three Parts- Balya Avastha, Madhya Avastha, and Vriddha Avastha.
Balya Avastha – Until the age of 16 Years- Marked By generation of all dhatus – Hence it denotes Low strength, energy, and endurance.
Madhya Avastha – Until the age of 50 Years – Marked by Complete Organization of dhatus – It denotes Maximum strength, energy, and endurance.
Vriddha Avastha – After the age of 50 years till Death- Marked by the degeneration of all dhatus, which are in a stage of repair – It denotes Medium strength, energy, and endurance.
This part gives us enlightenment about the characteristic of energy and strength according to different stages of life.
